Before you order
Will it work on my phone?
Your device must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. Check Settings for “Add eSIM” before buying.
Do I remove my home SIM?
Most dual-SIM phones keep the home line for calls/SMS while data runs on the travel eSIM.
My eSIM is installed but I have no data
Almost always Data Roaming is still OFF on the travel eSIM line. Turn it ON for that line only — keep home-SIM roaming OFF.
Can I top up?
Yes — add data from the portal without reinstalling in most cases.
