Getting started
Will it work on my phone?
The device must support eSIM and be unlocked. Check Settings for “Add eSIM” before you buy.
Do I remove my home SIM?
Usually no. Keep the home line for calls; use the travel eSIM for data.
How do I install it?
Buy a plan, scan the QR, enable the eSIM for mobile data, then turn Data Roaming ON for that eSIM line.
Technical
Installed but no data?
Turn Data Roaming ON for the travel eSIM only. Leave roaming off on the home SIM.
Can I top up?
Yes, from the portal. You usually do not need to reinstall.
