Why travellers use an eSIM in Puerto Rico
A Puerto Rico travel eSIM lets you add a local/partner data line without swapping plastic SIMs. Keep your home number for calls and messages while mobile data runs on the travel profile.
Order from Layer 9, receive a QR instantly, and install on Wi‑Fi before you leave. That way you are not hunting airport kiosks after a long flight.
- Instant QR delivery after purchase
- Keep your primary SIM installed
- Fixed plan pricing before you travel
- UK-based Layer 9 support
How to get online in four steps
1) Choose a Puerto Rico (or covering regional) plan. 2) Scan the QR to install. 3) Enable the travel eSIM and select it for mobile data. 4) Turn ON Data Roaming for the eSIM line — leave roaming OFF on your home SIM.

If you are hopping multiple countries, check whether a regional plan covers every stop — otherwise buy per-country packs.
